OUR BACK STORY

Roam Creative Studio was founded and curated by Jenna Knott

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always dreamt of having a space where I could escape — one where I could create and draw inspiration from. I especially longed for this during the harsh winter months that brings the seasonal woes and being stuck indoors. What started as a pipe dream quickly turned into something much bigger than myself. I envisioned being able to share this dreamy space with an entire community. And in a little under a year’s time this vision would be brought to life and the Toledo community would immerse themselves into Roam.

It was so important to me to design a space that is suited for all creatives. I was heavily inspired by the lived-in aesthetic – where rich, warm, moody tones of antiques marry modern, earthy tones, with structure and curves keeping visual interest – giving a drool-worthy experience to the consumer. A lot of antiquing, consulting, designing, building, tears, time and a whole labor of love is now brought to life through Roam. I envision Roam as a living entity; a never-ending transforming space that is constantly evolving and breathing life into artists. I truly hope you can create something that sets your soul on fire in this special space.
