  • Absolutely! As long as there is availability after your session. Text 400-567-2446 to check if this is possible.

  • All bookings are non-refundable but rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. To modify or cancel your current booking, follow the link in the confirmation email you received after booking.

  • We'd love to hear about your private event! Please email us at info@roamcreativestudio.com or fill out our contact form with your special request and we will get back to you.

  • We allow last-minute bookings up to 2 hours in advance. If you need a booking with less notice, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you! Please text 567-400-2446 or send an email to info@roamcreativestudio.com and we’ll get back with you as soon as possible.

  • Yes! There is a ton of free street parking available out front of the building and a large parking lot located in the back of the building.

  • In the event of inclement weather (level 3 snow emergencies) we allow for complimentary reschedules. you must give notice of reschedule no later than 4 hours prior to your session. if you chose to cancel without rescheduling there will be no refund given and you will need to rebook.

  • The headcount is based on our price-tiered system. You may have 1-6 people, 6-10 people or 11+ people. The maximum headcount is 35 people into the building. Please book according to the amount of people that will be in attendance, this includes yourself. For example, if you have a family of 5 people and one photographer (you) you'd select the 1-6 people booking tier.

  • In order to run a sustainable small business, all bookings are non-refundable but rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

  • All the furniture in the open space is included in the rental and available for your use. You can see a full list of props under Virtual Tour → The Props. The only add-ons we offer are seamless paper backdrops. We kindly ask that you put all items back where they were found!

  • You may move furniture around to your liking. We ask that you return the items back to where you found them. do not move the props on shelves. Please leave the studio in pristine condition. If there is a mess in the studio upon your arrival, please contact us directly.

  • Yes! Paper backdrops are $15 and you can select this add-on when booking, or if you want to add it last minute, Venmo @JennaKnottPhoto with a memo of your name + booking date.

  • The fabric backdrops are included with your rental fee. The backdrops are on a track system where you can easily slide and arrange to your needs!

  • Yes! If you are booking the space for co-working reasons or simply need access to the internet, please check your reminder email for the wifi password that you received 24 hours prior to your booking time.
