Welcome to Roam! We are so excited to host you.
All Mini Session bookings must abide by the following Mini Session Terms and Conditions, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Roam Creative Studio.
All Mini Sessions planning to be hosted at Roam must Contact Us directly to notify.
Total Number of Guests that enter and leave Roam Creative Studio throughout your entire rental period is the total number of people you must account for. You must also account for yourself, the host and photographer as well as children and newborns.This is based on foot traffic not by the number of people in the studio at a time. You are not to exceed 10 people in the studio space at any given time. If you have a mini session waiting, they must wait downstairs or out in the hallway to not exceed the capped number of people allowed.
Example: If you have 11+ people within the first hour and more sessions scheduled later, the TOTAL number of guests from start of rental to end of rental is who you must account for. This booking would require the 11+ people selection.
